There prob needs to be a discussion in regards to replacing the trade committee with new members for the rest of the trade period imo.

It doesnt seem right that other trades have been ruled by a different system.

I agree honestly.

I don't like the idea of not having a trades committee, then suddenly bringing it in (without a vote) and then scrapping it again.

I mean, I understand why the decision has been made, but Rids raises a good point in that surely we can replace the committee members instead?

Noz

Trades can be declined without having to get referred to the committee, There was no need to send this trade to the committee BB already declined it

We already established that as a mistake.

So then it should be reversed.

Rids

It was reversed by the trade committee at the time which is why we need to replace the members rather than scrap it all together.

I posted an idea in the other thread.

The Hibberd trade went to the trade committee, this one should too.

Surprised it got rejected.. Mundy is too old to be considered in the Llama's premiership window. Casboult a young high potential forward and NAT 14 will get a nice kid.

If Mundy doesnt suit there ages why did they trade there best player for him.

To be fair Mundy was just part of the deal for Dangerfield.   Nat#6 and Viney is hardly chicken feed.

I agree that some form of committee should probably be re-introduced. It isn't fair that other trades have been allowed to go to a committee and then this one can't.

If we had AXV coaches voting as a part of the committee, then I would have every coach vote, rather than just a select group of 3. It wouldn't seem fair to me to only have 3 coaches vote. Having 3 outside members works, but not 3 coaches.

I will send around a vote later on with some options for what action we can take now. I think a vote will work best, then we can decide something as a competition.

Ricochet

BB can you also include this as one of the options to vote on.

You rule on every trade.
If 2-3 teams outside of those involved with the trade disagree, then it goes to a vote for all coaches to vote on.
And then it must gain a majority to overturn your decision

Guess the planned FORWARDLINE domination of ours didn't work :-\

If anyone is interested in any of the following players, they are available for trade.

Tyson Goldsack, Aaron Mullet, Colin Garland, Brendan Whitecross, Ben Sinclair, Kurt Aylett, Alex Browne
Viv Michie, Brandon Jack
Lindsay Thomas, Robbie Tarrant

A few of these younger guys I'm happy to keep, but I'm willing listen to offers for them if you're interested.
Re-posting this as last time it got lost up in the middle of recent events.

If anyone has any interest in these guys, shoot me a PM. Looking mainly for younger players and/or draft picks in return.
