mate firstly, brogan is a terrible choice - he might have a couple of good scores of 70 odd here and there but then he'll deck someone and be rubbed out for a few weeks, plus hes in competition with Cloke, Lobbe and Trengove
also with roger hayden, those run-off backmen roles will be given to suban or broughton so downgrade him for someone under 20k
and i recon u gotta pick 2 players out of watson, cooney, mackay and mcviegh and change one to a decent premium like joel corey or sammy mitchell, and the other to another starting rookie like banner, connors or trengove

There's a few more quality midfield rookie options this year.

IMO, give McVeigh and Mackay the flick. I'd bring in Masten
for Mackay and downgrade McVeigh to Banner.

Free's up some cash and has more upside.

And please, don't go with brogan, I'd rather see charman.

I agree with the Boyd call if you can find the cash, maybe over Watson. Consistently good and durable.  Leave Masten to everyone else and stick with Cooney. Good job dumping Brogan, the bloke's a liability, killed me last year, never again. Hayden is an interesting call, could be a masterstroke. Or someone you can't ditch fast enough
