Mine is easy as I made it yesterday. Wanted a POD captain to attack Daniell of Oh Kill em fame. After much research and a few tinnies decided on Cotchin who was averaging 137 for his last 3 games. Seemed a pretty good idea at the time. Had in-laws as guests so had no chance to check out things before the match started so knew nothing about the torrential rain. If I had, Pendles would have got the gig. Such is life, what's yout biggest stuff up this season ?? ?? :)

My rucks have given me grief all year, started with Hampson and ditched him to avoid a donut in round 3, the went to Cox who was rested every second week, then went to Nic Nat who was also rested (overlooked Goldy in the process) and this round brought in Brown who was a late withdrawl (over Wood who put up a very respectable 93).

Forgot to mention Mummy, 1 score and then went AWOL. 4 trades down the gurgler.

Pretty happy with my team and the trades I have made. Not to much I would have changed.

The main thing that's stuffed me has been captain choices and getting pissed on the weekend and forgetting to use the VC loophole or getting someone that's a late withdrawal off the ground ::)

Getting sucked into Cale Hooker as a POD. Got him in when he was playing well averaging 105+; hasn't pumped out a 100 since round 8. To make it worse, it was between him and Malceski...

Getting Ebert in after he scored 140 odd an average of 107 then he went 80 , 80 , 60 , 30 gone now and also getting Scott D Thompson he now lives on the bench to loophole that's if he ever gets a good score again ::)

Until this week it was trading in KSimpson as one of my defender premiums at his highest value when scoring an average 130 or so....and then just after I bought him he never scored over 100 and dropped 150k in value to boot.

Also trading in Swan after the bye when I always wanted Pendles. Swan was 100k cheaper or so with arguably the same potential or so I thought. Rage traded him two weeks later, cost me a trade and 40k.

It's my first year doing SC seriously so two good lessons to take for next year.

Been unlucky with a few picks but two biggest flower ups I think were rage trading Caddy to J.Merrett, and in my haste to complete a premo midfield I traded in Prestia who has since given me a series of 80ish scores. Was convinced Libba was a bad call and I'm happy with that decision but Prestia no better (apart from saving 100k at the time :P).

To add to mine.
Traded JPK out after 2 rounds. Traded Mitchell in instead of Parker and then traded Mitchell out for Rioli just before he broke down. Traded Montagna in when he was priced at 637k then traded him out again after 2 rounds. Apart from that everything has been pretty good. But making Cotchin captain this week to gain a POD just about takes the cake. Reckon I'll finish top 5k, but that's not good enough. Pretty happy with my side. Nothing as bad as some.Starting Leunberger wasn't great. Caddy but everyone had him. Chose KJack over ward and sloane about 5-6 weeks ago not fantastic. Perhaps my worst trade in has been Wingard..got him after the Sydney game when he was going alright for a couple of weeks and since done nothing.thankfully didn't much to get him.

Probably Sam Lloyd. Went out of my way to get him when there were a plethora of better options I was considering. Got sucked in by the big score + mature ager.
