If eski got offered significantly more cash at like freo, I think he should take it.. he's had injury concerns through his career, he turns 30 in August... he can get a second premiership with sydney this year, then go to freo and help them take a shot for his 3rd :P

or he could stay while Buddy's here and get 9 in a row :P

Big Mac

Is his knee still an issue? Part of me wants to say offer sydney a 2nd rounder (so as to not dilute compensation for Frawley) and offer Malceski big money + how many years he wants - but I don't want to throw all caution to the wind.

Mailman the 2nd

He's done his knee 3 times, with the last being in 2011 so I guess you can make your own judgement there, don't think he's missed many games since that

Especially after 3 knee recos

Top of the list of reasons why I think he will stay. Swans looked after him, think Eski will repay that and Swans will give some ground once they have a better idea of who is leaving.

Nige

Big fan of Eski!

I reckon he'll stay at the Swans.

Well all teams have to make 4 changes min per year.

Possible changes
Pebbles retires
LRT retires
Goodes retires
Walsh goes home
The Pat Mitchell experiment expires
Lockyer??
Marsh??
Dick??

SydneyRox

You reckon mitchell will only last a year? Surely got to give him two?

Dick sounds like he has picked up recently reckon he is safe.

A guy I work with sons are mates with Marsh and reckon he is ok too?

Have head very little about Lockyer to comment, but we are going to need some KPP defenders in the next 1-2years.

Where are Lockyer, Marsh and Dick at? Any chance to get games at all in the near future? If so, who's closest?

I winced when we let Lockyer slide in the draft, would be interesting to see what the Swans do with him now.

Ftr, I also think Eski will re-sign with the Swannies.

I went to school (a long time ago) with his cousin, most of his family are in Melbourne.

Paul Roos and Melbourne are making a massive play for him behind the scenes, I would think he will go to Melbourne or stay with the Swans.
