Banking the VC loophole

With Gaz gone what do you want from your VC now to use the loophole?

For me it was always 130+ but now with no Ablett I'm thinking 120+ is a worthy score.

For me it can slightly vary from week to week depending on who I have left to play and their opposition, but from here on out I would have to say that I would bank anything from 125+

A 120-130 score is always awkward, but when most other options might only get you an extra 10+ points I think its best just to bank it and lock it in

If your other option ends out ripping a massive 140+ score, well then we just cop it on the chin

i'm more then happy to take around 130 even with GAJ

i don't see the point risking it for like what an extra 20 points?

i'm going Barlow into Rocky this week will take 120+ from Barlow even though i expect Rocky to go big

Without Ablett I would take 125.  The deciding factor is the average of the player I am looking at as Captain and if score is above I would run with the VC,

120 for me. Points in the bank. Too risky without GAJ. Pendles had a shocker by his standards last week... Can happen to anyone... JPK the week before...I'm playing it safe not greedy.

If its above my Captains average then I usually take it. Pendles is averaging 126 so I'd take anything above that basically

120 for me, not fussed about losing a few extra points here & there. It's the 60's & 70's I want to avoid.

A lot of premo's have 'easier' games in terms of fantasy scoring

JPK, McVeigh and co have the Hawks who give up huge numbers through the mids
MMurphy has North who give up big midfield numbers
Fyfe and Barlow have the Saints which is obviously an easy game
SJ and Jelwood have GWS which is again obvious
Cotchin has WCE who give up big midfield numbers
Rocky has GC who he destroys

Would be surprised if many pass up 120. Some players, usually the good ones, can also take the foot off the pedal in easy games

I'm expecting a big game from Rocky this week, so probably won't take anything under 130-140, but other weeks (without Gaz), I'd take probably anything over 120 I reckon

That's so risky though. Say your VC gets 125 and you decide to run with rocky anyway,  he has scored under that in 6/13 games and there is always the risk that he puts in a shocker or gets injured early on.

Like I said, also depends on my league situation. If I'm in a position where I only need like 80 to win, I'll bank the VC. I'm happy to risk it with Rocky though #NotBiased
