Why was it laughable that Collingwood put their hand up RD? We are trading Witts out so only have Grundy, Mason Cox and Gault (pending possible delisting) as rucks on our list. If Grundy goes down, I wouldn't really want to be playing Cox as lone ruck tbh.

Brisbane have Archie Smith and will possibly get Witts (maybe not now?). I think both clubs would have been fine choices for him.

I don't even think we have been linked to as many players as hawthorn and essendon tbh.
The reason we are chasing so many players is because we have so many holes to fill. Every targeted player has a reason to be targeted and it is the clubs job to go after them. I would be upset if we weren't linked to any players following our on field performances. I don't know, it doesn't seem funny for a footy club to be doing the right thing by their members for once
