I still have Suckling and Jaensch in my team and with $119,900 in the bank, i have about $516,000 to spend, which can get me all defenders I don't have except Bartel.

But next week, I can afford Bartel with his high Breakeven.

Do I wait a week and get Bartel? Or get Mitchell in this week?

Get Mitchell as Bartel will get rested at some stage leading into the finals

A split round means a rest - so still think he'll get yet another rest?

Also seems he had a rest this weekend anyway.

Couldn't find another threat relevant so i came here.

Mitchells BE is 69. Lets say he scores 110 how much is he expected to rise?

i usually use tooserious but doesn't work at work!

I'd grab Mitchell.
He should be a POD, as not many at the top will have the trades available to bring him in.

You reckon? Surely most still have at least 1 trade left, although you are right about POD, owned by 3% although I expect this to skyrocket this week.

Possibly, many in the top 100 won't have more than one or two trades left.
Lots of people will bring him in this week, but some of the top coaches may not afford it, due to trades.

Another possible sneaky move I could do is go Pav -> a mid under $570,000 using Honeychurch's DPP, and have Honeychurch on my Fwd bench with Martin now my F6 and loophole my mids to get an extra few points each week rather than the extra 20 points mitchell/bartel will get me over suckling/jaensch.

Current mids are Pendles, JPK, Jelwood, Ward, Sloane, Beams, Fyfe, Rockliff. Stevie J or Libba would be kinda handy to be able to loophole...

Would leave me with basically no cover for Sandi though, and Leuey will surely come back in a few weeks. Thoughts?

Reckon you are pretty safe with Martin being a permanent F6, with his form being so impressive it's unlikely Leuey will play much of a role from this point on.

Also, the only way I can do this is if Acres doesn't play very often for the rest of the season so I can use the loophole, otherwise, I'll be gambling on picking 8 out of the 9 premo mids. Hmm... decisions!

You could even pick up SMitch in the guts with a view to moving him back in a few weeks, you get the best of both worlds that way. Acres being selected may be the prefect signal to make the switch.
