He could potentially be around 300-320k, but would obviously need to have a full preseason to even be considered. Any Eagles fans know how his recovery is going?

Could be next year's Suckling/Jaensch if he gets his body right.

As an eagles man I wouldn't go near Waters. Seiously think he is a chance of retiring if he has another setback.
Such a pity, was being groomed as the next Eagles captain.

But, you never know. Look at Nick Mal, didn't he have a couple of knee recons.  If Waters is cheap I'll be paying very close attention to his pre-season, even if you only get 8-12 games out of him it would probably be worth it, but he would have to be at a very attractive price.
