I'd love to see Nic nat have a break out season
2012 was NicNats breakout year. Hopefully he can get back to that level
sorry I meant rebreakout

Big Berger

My team so far;

DEF: Rich, Scharenberg
MID: Ablett, Rockliff, Redden
RUC: Leuy
FWD: Jesse Hogan, Zaharakis and Jack IF they get dpp. Getting dpp now in AF makes them a pretty big chance.

kilbluff1985

he was a popular starter this season on FF i wonder if he will be as popular as Pendles and GAJ next season outside of FF

Mr.Witt

#273
Defenders: Pretty much whoever has dpp and is the best! and maybe a couple of Mitchell could be cheap not doing great this season, Seedsman could breakout, Fisher or Gilbert, Henderson, Mckenzie could breakout, Reid and maybe Waters.

Midfielders: Ablett, Pendles, Rocky, Fyfe, Ward and Kennedy < want to choose 5! what about >> *J.Martin?* (Will Martins price be 250k or less?) also will Heppel be more than 525K? coz if he is honestly don't think he is worth it.

Rucks: Nic Nat, Kreuzer, Leunberger maybe Grundy (This could be his year) Really hoping Nic Nat gets dpp

Forward: Rioli, Monfries, Sylivia, Mitchell, Walters and Wingard will all be cheap! wouldn't say there is any locks though again who is the best out of the dpp players! BONTEMPELLI doesn't look like he will have second year blues!

enzedder

With a good pre season Nic Nat will be a lock. Average is down due to a slow start to the year. Found some form from  round 10 onwards and will be number 1 ruck in Cox's absence. Can see him being in everyone's team like Sandi this year.

Ablett is one i hope everyone picks.
cause i think this next season will see alot of torn people. pendles i think will be the number 1 pick up

macrae, ward, pendles, rocky, omera, fyfe and libbers i think will be the most popular picks with ablett the big iffy, we should see him averaging down where most of these guys will be and a case of will there be better value elsewhere
there is alot of talent coming into that 25-27 range
lest not forget watson

pretty good actually. 2nd on my league, ranking not my highest but still in the top 10k at least, and besting everyone since abbott went down.

there was prob 2 rounds all season that yeah maybe ablett may have been a good choice
but 2 rounds out of 15

He was averaging 142 until his injury mate, 136ave including it. And he didn't drop below 670k all season. You simply cannot justify that not starting him wasn't a mistake.

worked for me.
by not going him I jumped on many other guys that performed well
in example hypothetically

you spent for the highest premo (142) and get 2 prems (115ea) and 5 rookies
out of the rookies you take cause youve spent so much 2 of them score in 40 range
with the three others scoring well (80)
i get 5 prems (115ea) and 3 rookies (80)

your total: 692
my total: 735

removing the captain out of that hypothetical cause the dangers for me revolve around picking the prems better than you and picking my captain correctly
but in the theory which has worked for me mostly this season, I would be able to score higher
things that do keep my down is bad prems ie. shuey or murphey who at times have scored in excess of 140 but also scored below 115. in saying that capt abbott has also scored a couple lower ones

but i had ward, swallow, libbers, beams and fyfe right from the get go cause the saving of nearly 200k allowed me to push those extra guys

lol no

Ablett's starting price was $695k. Outside of Beams and Swallow who most people started with, the cheapest "115" midfielder you started with instead of Ablett was Ward at 525k. So you saved 170k by not starting with Ablett and missed out on 27pts (Ablett 142 - Ward 115) per game, plus captaincy scores. 170k is not enough to upgrade a rookie to a "115" premo. So you wouldn't have gotten two extra 115 premos in your mids and or started with less rookies. At best you may have started with a midpricer instead of a rookie.
