no blame to Richmond either, all commentary said it came from AFL operations manager, Mark Evans (have I got this right?).

AFL boffins do some weird sh*t sometimes ... surely it is common dog ... ??   ???

whichever team finishes higher on the ladder gets the home game, gets to wear their home jumper = 'it's simple Simon'  ::)

I don't want to bring Collingwood into it, but as has been written before, I've heard that Eddie and the Collingwood hierarchy simply said to the AFL they're not going to wear clash jumpers ever?? is this correct? on what basis does the AFL accede to this??

I don't think Eddie has weighed in on this particular issue but I can't see Collingwood being ok with having to wear an 'away' strip (if they had one) for a home game, against a team that finished lower on the ladder than them ...
