Last year 5th Vs 8th (Richmond Vs Carlton) was on The Sunday afternoon as well.
Geelong also played Freo during the day last year.

I just think it's arrogance and disrespect to the rest of the comp, when a few clubs decide they wont have a clash strip. People can have all the answers they want, but the home team deserves to wear their strip. The AFL cave in to Eddie, ( because their a gutless organisation ) and a few other clubs hide under his umbrella. Pathetic

But late on Monday AFL general manager of football operations Mark Evans said the League was prepared to place the Power in their prison bar jumper as long as they wore white shorts.

As long as they wear white shorts? Um, how about telling Richmond to wear yellow shorts....
