Try more than just 1 counted post, may need a minimum of like 10+ or something before you stop getting it. Remember others mentioned it previously as well.

That seems to be it right there. Changing email seems to be what is causing this every time

It is a bit disappointing that I cant even get acknowledgement for a PM or tweet.

Surely there is someone he can trust to handle day to day issues like this.
