Thinking Sub Ablett to bench and Gray to MIDS through Taylor DPP and Motlop onto the fielder cover Ablett injury. If he is going to be out  for an extended period just trade him to someone like Rocky, move Gray back to the FWDS and Motlop to FWD bench.
Then upgrade Taylor to JPK.
