I think he is refering to the fact that McCaffer tackled Ablett and that is when his shoulder was dislocated

Doc Larkins: "Ablett will need a re-construction of the shoulder. For most players they would do it now, but with Ablett it might be different. If he has surgery, he won't play again this year. Best case scenario if he doesn't have surgery is 2-3 weeks with discomfort."

Suns just confirmed shoulder is dislocated and we will have to wait until scans on Monday to see what happens
