VC loop hole??

I have seen people mentioning on the chat during game play about taking the vc score of Rockliff. I'm just curious how they can do that?

I know it can be done when there is a partial lock out, but how now? Or is it all bs talk? Just curious.

SC has a rolling lockout every week, so we can always loophole captains and emergencies. Can only do it in DT/AF when there is a partial lockout (i.e. a Thursday night game)
