New Delhi Tigers   v   New York Revolution   Nepal
Tokyo Samurai   v   Buenos Aires Armadillos   Tokyo Olympic Stadium
Cairo Sands   v   Berlin Brewers   Borg El Arab Stadium
Seoul Magpies   v   Moscow Spetsnaz   Seoul World Cup Stadium   EurAsian Premiership Match
Wellington Warriors   v   Sao Paulo Pumas   The Basin Reserve   AAP Alliance Premiership Match
Pacific Islanders   v   Toronto Wolves   Oakley Arena, Tonga   AAP Alliance Premiership Match
Cape Town Cobras   v   London Royals   Newlands Cricket Ground

PNL v Mexico City

Are the Reindeers the real deal? This week against the strong Mexico City outfit will really determine how close to a top 4 side they really are. The Suns have 2 teams chasing them down for the minor premiership, and this is a tricky one.

PNL's run home:
13   H   Mexico City Suns
14   H   Dublin Destroyers
15   A   New Delhi Tigers
16   H   Tokyo Samurai
17   A   Cape Town Cobras

The next 2 weeks will decide where the Reindeers finish on the ladder most likely.

Mexico City run home:
13   A   PNL Reindeers
14   H   London Royals
15   A   Dublin Destroyers
16   H   Toronto Wolves
17   H   Cairo Sands

All the final 5 have finals aspirations, if the Suns grab all of these, they will be hard to beat for the flag.

Dublin v Beijing

Hard to see anything other than a resounding Destroyer victory, the Thunder are only percentage away from the spoon, they can't afford a smashing.

Dublin run home:
13   H   Beijing Thunder
14   A   PNL Reindeers
15   H   Mexico City Suns
16   H   New Delhi Tigers
17   A   Pacific Islanders

3 bottom 4 matches to come, and they will press hard for the minor premiership. PNL a tricky game, and it could come down to the Mexico City clash.

Beijing run home:
13   A   Dublin Destroyers
14   H   New Delhi Tigers
15   A   Tokyo Samurai
16   H   Cairo Sands
17   A   London Royals

The draw gets a bit easier after this week, and have a genuine shot at 3 of the final 4 matches.

New Delhi v New York

New York have been in better form of late, and new coaches AaronKirk and RaisyDaisy will be eyeing off its first win. New Delhi could also see this as a chance of victory!

New Delhi's run home:
13   H   New York Revolution
14   A   Beijing Thunder
15   H   PNL Reindeers
16   A   Dublin Destroyers
17   A   Wellington Warriors

New Delhi have 3 realistic chances of victory left, lose them all, and they will win the spoon.

New York run home:
13   A   New Delhi Tigers
14   H   Tokyo Samurai
15   A   Cairo Sands
16   H   Seoul Magpies
17   A   Toronto Wolves

The next 2 weeks are massive for New York.

Tokyo v Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires are clear favourites, but maybe Tokyo have remembered how to win after last week's victory?

Tokyo's run home:
13   H   Buenos Aires Armadillos
14   A   New York Revolution
15   H   Beijing Thunder
16   A   PNL Reindeers
17   A   Seoul Magpies

Armadillos a tough ask, but the next 2 games are winnable.

Buenos Aires run home:
13   A   Tokyo Samurai
14   H   Cairo Sands
15   A   Seoul Magpies
16   H   Wellington Warriors
17   A   Sao Paulo Pumas

Buenos Aires still a top 4 certainty, but may need to win all its remaining games to qualify for a home qualifying final. Sao Paulo in Round 17 the most interesting game!

Cairo v Berlin

Cairo are storming home, much like they did last year, but need things to go right for them if they are to steal a top 4 spot. Berlin are in desperate territory now, and need to win just about all remaining games. Cairo look to strong here.

Cairo run home:
13   H   Berlin Brewers
14   A   Buenos Aires Armadillos
15   H   New York Revolution
16   A   Beijing Thunder
17   A   Mexico City Suns

Start strong favourites in 3, before 2 tough away matches against the top 2 teams.... Home final on the cards.

Berlin's run home:
13   A   Cairo Sands
14   H   Seoul Magpies
15   A   Wellington Warriors
16   H   Pacific Islanders
17   A   Moscow Spetsnaz

At 5-7 and 2 games out of the 8 with a mediocre percentage.... I really believe they need to win all 5 matches, and Cairo and Moscow are particularly tough matches.

Seoul v Moscow

Moscow have been bullish about its last 5 matches, and will be looking to really push home hard to try and get that home final and maybe even a double chance. Seoul have proven they can score high, and with Dangerfield due to go bang, who knows?

Seoul run home:
13   H   Moscow Spetsnaz
14   A   Berlin Brewers
15   H   Buenos Aires Armadillos
16   A   New York Revolution
17   H   Tokyo Samurai

5-7, Seoul will need to win every match to qualify, and Moscow and Buenos Aires are very frightening prospects.

Moscow run home:
13   A   Seoul Magpies
14   H   Wellington Warriors
15   A   Pacific Islanders
16   H   Cape Town Cobras
17   H   Berlin Brewers

The loss against Cairo really dented its top 4 shot, but on paper they should go 5-0 the next 5 rounds. Paper is a funny thing though....

Wellington v Sao Paulo

Can the Warriors dent the Pumas top 4 aspirations? Probably not, but it really would shake the top 4 and the wooden spoon...

Wellington run home:
13   H   Sao Paulo Pumas
14   A   Moscow Spetsnaz
15   H   Berlin Brewers
16   A   Buenos Aires Armadillos
17   H   New Delhi Tigers

Warriors have a very tough run home, and may need to beat New Delhi in the last round to avoid the wooden spoon.

Sao Paulo run home:
13   A   Wellington Warriors
14   H   Pacific Islanders
15   A   Cape Town Cobras
16   H   London Royals
17   H   Buenos Aires Armadillos

A fairly soft run home, will be favoured to win the next 4, with Buenos Aires the game changer at the end.

Pacific v Toronto

The Wolves are storming home having won 6 of the last 8, and are only a game outside the 8. The Islanders are in sorts of trouble, and can't see Toronto dropping this.

Pacific run home:
13   H   Toronto Wolves
14   A   Sao Paulo Pumas
15   H   Moscow Spetsnaz
16   A   Berlin Brewers
17   H   Dublin Destroyers

Hellish run home, maybe Berlin its best shot of victory.

Toronto run home:
A   Pacific Islanders
H   Cape Town Cobras
A   London Royals
A   Mexico City Suns
H   New York Revolution

The match against London could decide who makes the finals, but I think I'll back the Wolves to make it from here.

Cape Town v London

MAMMOTH game. London have been lucky the last 2 weeks, and need to find form quick despite being in the 8, while Cape Town will be too far behind if they lose to London this week. Almost elimination in some ways.

Cape Town run home:
13   H   London Royals
14   A   Toronto Wolves
15   H   Sao Paulo Pumas
16   A   Moscow Spetsnaz
17   H   PNL Reindeers

Very tough run home, a loss to London would basically end its season.

London run home:
13   A   Cape Town Cobras
14   A   Mexico City Suns
15   H   Toronto Wolves
16   A   Sao Paulo Pumas
17   H   Beijing Thunder

At 7-5, London's destiny is in its own hands, 9-8 might be enough, but 3 wins would guarantee it. Beijing is one, maybe Cape Town the other... the Toronto match could decide it all.

Ringo

Unfortunately for London we will struggle to field a team this week.  Adding to our woes is the Tribunal will probaly suspend Winderlich for a week.

The Royals also support Johnathan's Brown decision to retire from the game effective immediately.  Whilst this places further pressure on our forward stocks the health of the individual takes precedence.

Still can not belive we stumbled to a win last week with only one of 15 players toning up,  Luck must run out soon.

going to rest one of my stars ready for the PNL game, despite them being my only ally.

I thought we were Allies but I guess that European Title is just too enticing for our Alliance :(.

We could discuss that last point at the end of the season perhaps. With Ben Brown looking set to become the next cult hero of the club I won't need Ryder or Hickey :P

kilbluff1985

Yeah I'd be interested in Hickey or Ryder

AaronKirk

No Mathew Stokes for us, been ruled out with an ankle injury. Looks like Christensen could be promoted into the starting side for this weekend.
