I'm not going anywhere near the port players until I see how the gel and where they play. Perfect upgrade targets for after their early bye
good decision.

Grufflez

Won't play forward anywhere near as much as suggested, Gray recovering from cancer, Watts added, Wingard still preferred up forward, big Dix their number one priority.

I'd expect a 70/30 split. Can certainly see him spending a chunk fwd, probably rotate with someone like Boak who has been thrown fwd in biiiig chunks last season

This spud will lose his spot in the team to Toumpas by years end. That's if he even makes it to the end of the season without breaking down three times.

This. After R10 we'll know how Rocky, Gray and Wingard are playing and scoring. They are all best forgotten till then.

Boak as well. Add all of those to Tom Lynch and Barlow and there could be some great options to load up on leading into the byes

Yeah I agree.
After last year I was prepared to pay up for Ryder as set and forget ruck but the bye stuffed that up.

Crowls has the right advice - in SC, what until after byes

Grufflez

Will likely start unless something looks horribly wrong in preseason or he develops niggles prior to R1

Colty

The only question is his role to much forward based?

shaker

Better players to start with plus R10 bye and injured or sore so pass for me

ubeaut

Rocky could be an awesome POD. I started him last year and he smashed it early. Then injuries happened.
It's not his bye, if it stops people picking him then even better. He can easily be covered in the mids.
It's not his new team he's said he'll play mostly Midfield, he's in a better team with lower scoring mids in Ebert and Wines compared to sharing less points with Zorko and Beams.
It's obviously not his cost he's a bargain buy, way underpriced for what he can do.
Only thing stopping me is injuries. If he stays fit don't be surprised if he's one of the top scoring mids pre bye. Then everyone will want him but he'll be 100 k more.

meow meow

Hasn't even played a match yet and he's sore/injured.

See him as a stepping stone strategy if he was to be used.    Max his price until bye or injured and pick up a hopefully cheaper Dusty or Merrett or Oliver
