yeah this guy is not the GOAT

Are people really going to trade him out?

Im still 50/50. I mean it is Rocky! surely he will come good.

Hes carrying an injury but it would be a waste to trade him and then he finds form which he surely will.

Would be best if he just had a week off then came back fresh. What are the injuries he is carrying?

With no preseason i feel his fitness base isnt there and he wont be pumping out those high scores for a few weeks even with a week off. Sure he will come good eventually but can you wait that long with a few sub-par scores.
Im trading purely cause i can grab the goat himself.

it is rocky. But no preseason hasn't helped. he is good but he's no ablett who had no preseason as well and is still playing decent footy

My midfield is Ablett, Danger, Fyfe, Crouch x 2, Mills, Hewitt, and Rocky.  Rocky is averaging the least of that group, 68.  He is ahead of my 3 bench rookies only.

As Sammy rightly points out, Rocky is no Ablett, the great man Ablett had no preseason, but hes still getting it done.  Rocky needs to perform better, 68 ave over 2 games isn't good enough.

I have Dunkley, Davis and Gresham on the bench and I missed Libba, my bad, I took Libba out on the morning of the dogs v freo game on an article in the paper saying where the coach said he wouldn't influence games early, I put Dunkley in instead, but the upside is I now have cash to go Gresham to Libba, so that is the only way Rocky survives the cut in my team. It comes down to Rocky or Gresham on the chopping block.  One mid must go this week for Libba.  I don't see any other options. If Rocky can stay injury free and average 100 plus, then I guess he stays, but its a close call, but only because of how badly Gresham is going.  Dunkley going only marginally better, but he is cheaper and I'm happier to carry Dunk.  Davis doing his job for $102k.  Both crouch boys doing ok, happy enough with them, 86 and 77 ave, both due for price rise this week.

flower this guy. Always plays shower when I pick him, kills it when I don't. I'm trading him to Higgins via DPP.

Brought him back in for Gray this week, even made him captain. flower this guy!

Locinator

I've probably spent a seasons worth of trades on this bloke over the years, but I'll still get sucked in next year.

He is having a bad run with injuries he will be back and everyone cursing him and saying never again will once again pick him  ;)

fanTCfool

Just put a line through him and save yourself the trouble

timmyparso

Refuse to trade out as i know I'll get sucked back in. Will be too cheap to resist.

Well at least I haven't traded him back in again, like last year. Only cost me one trade this time around.

PS: Nas, that's funny as f@&k!!

dottman

Nas may have posted the GOAT response.

+1   Perhaps AFL can put this up as his picture!!  You know to remind us what he actually looks like.
