I am ruined! HELP

I have been losing alot of matches I really shouldn't.  I am now 10th in my league and badly need to start winning a few matches. 

Here is my team:
Backs: K. Simpson, J. McVeigh, D. Swallow, M. Suckling, M. Jaensch, C. Hooker (T. Langdon, J Bews)
Mids: G. Ablett, T. Rockliff, D. Beams, S. Pendlebury, B. Goddard, J. Selwood, L. Montagna, D. Tyson (C. Shenton, M. Hallahan)
Rucks: A. Sandilands, W. Minson (T. Derickx, D. Currie)
Fwds: L. Parker, P. Dangerfield, D. Martin, N. Reiwoldt, D. Zorko, S. Martin (J. McGovern, C. Cameron)

I am thinking about axing Montagna and/or Reiwoldt
Dont like having so much money tied up on bench in Langdon
Worried about Hooker and Tyson.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Tyson's not doing that badly, and North don't tag, so I'd leave it for this week

Hooker started well but has since hit the wall (ASADA affected?), so I'd look at alternatives for him (Bartel or a cheapie if you're happy playing Langdon)
then you've got to decide which Saint to take out

Montags isn't playing that well, so maybe needs to be shown the door
depends on your first trade, liking someone like Treloar personally, or maybe Hutchings given Scooter's longterm absence) - BUT he does do pretty well against WC

NRoo's not performing, so I'd possibly look elsewhere here too
ideally Gray, but also consider someone like Miles (DPPing Shenton) and playing McGovern (given that he's scoring well, and WC play StKilda this week)

I think your issue is in your def-line ...

your F4-6 seem to be 'boom/bust' propositions week to week currently - can you get anything decent for Hooker?

or alternately chuck him on the bench and play Langdon whilst upgrading Jaensch or Suckers (luxury trade though imo)??  :-\   ;)
