Yeah doesn't help that the AFL change the focus and interpretations of every rule week to week and the umpires have to somehow adjust. Just leave the friggen game alone

Quinny may be surprised but I agree with you here,  It seems each week there are different interpretations to rules at whose request not sure.  Like you wish they would set at start of season and then leave alone.

Umpiring in this game was probably the worst I have seen this year but went both ways. Basically the inconsistencies which  is my real beef was on show for all to see.

Kennedy butchered the ball tonight, I couldn't care less if Cotchin kicked the ball short, at least they hit the mark. Absolute robbery if you ask me, I bet he gets coaches votes tonight, JPK will get nothing of the sort.

Cotchin 66% and 21 uncontested touches vs 58% and 17 CP's, 7 clearances and 12 tackles. CD hate short kicks, especially when it comes from and UP. Plus if you are averaging 6m a possession I don't know if those are exactly effective kicks. JPK was still racking them up when it was close in the last, Cotchin went missing

Let's just see who gets the coaches votes shall we, and pulling up stats like this doesn't excuse the fact he had 13 points taken away from his 3 quarter time score. Absolute joke.

It does though? That's how SC works. If you're amazing for the first 3 quarters and a half of a game, then go missing when the game is up for grabs, you are always going to lose points. Every single time.

13 points is robbery, Cotch was BOG for 3 quarters and at least deserved to hold his ground. The last couple of weeks have been ridiculous, Hurn getting 40 points for a mark, McGovern scoring more points than JJK and the list goes on.

Then don't play SC.

He clearly lost his points for a reason, went missing, not many contestant touches, no influence on the game when it was hanging in the balance. So the points were moved to players that were helping the side win the game. It is how SC works, efficiency and how a player influences the game.

You can just keep sayings it's a joke, it's BS but ignoring the facts and just saying it is a robbery is crazy man.

JPK had 12 tackles, 17 CP's, 7 clearances.

If you want to play a game where you get points for just racking it up, the DT board is just above the SC one.
