rumors r  that Bosh has plans to accept a five-year contract starting at $11 million, and Wade would accept a four-year deal starting at $12 million. If that were the case, combined with James and a representative number for Haslem, the Heat would indeed have the space to go after top free agents like Lowry and Washington Wizards free agent center Marcin Gortat. 8)

Good news for Chicago, Rose on board, "apparently they spruced the United Center up with Melo's name everywhere, had a huge picture of him in a Bulls 7 jersey

Had Embiid not injured his navicular, Wiggins would likely have gone at pick 3. They had to go Embiid. You aren't taking Exum at 3, only 3 players in this draft had superstar potential, they were Embiid, Parker and Wiggins. Before the foot injury Embiid was the lock at 1, you are a rebuilding team who is not looking to be in contention for 2-3 seasons, you take him and sit him while tanking again the next year, it is a risk you have to take as a franchise in a superstar driven league. You have arguably got the two best players from last seasons draft in MCW and Noel, you now add Embiid and Saric the future is bright. While Noel had the ACL injury, they sat him all of last year to make sure he was good to go this season, it shouldn't be an issue. Again, I think the question marks with Noel is his ability to develop any sort of offensive game compared to if his body will hold up. He is 100% and ready to go, he is a skinny kid, he doesn't carry much weight on his frame which would help the recovery, but he still needs to bulk up and develop a bit more muscle/strength.
i agree with ur projections, cant give back the picks now, problem is its just potential and projection, picking multiple injured guys just doesnt sit right with me af an NBA fan, if this goes bust the trade value is heavily limited for the picks used on them, maybe nobody had a decent trade offer for the pick, or pick n players :-\ i just hope it works out for them

Fully guaranteed as well.  GORTAT FOR THE WIN!

I think the Wizards have overpaid here.

The Noel trade was brilliant last season looking back at it. They traded Jrue Holiday and in return got Noel and the Pelicans first round pick this past draft. That allowed them to draft MCW who they would not have taken with Jrue on the roster. With the Pelicans pick they were able to score Saric and get back their first rounder they owed Orlando from the Bynum trade. They couldn't trade for someone like Love since he has one year to run on his contract and will likely up and leave, they also didn't have the pieces yet to attract a FA like Melo yet. You are in a 3 player draft, you either trade up to 1 or take one of the 3 tier 1 prospects. It also sets them up to tank again this year. Also in saying that bigs have limited trade value, guys like Kwame Brown are still in the league and getting paid because of this 'potential'

;D enjoy the 'potential' remind me to call in like 5 years :P

You're all n00bs at 2k.
I won a championship with Kendrick Perkins playing 48 minutes at the point.
Perk was an all-star PG for you though ;) #HiddenTalent
Mate he was first team all NBA. 8)
If you come on chat I'm doing it again tonight, with PGs!

(for those who don't know, I did an assoc./myGM with only Centres, KP was my point guard during a 1 title 3 finals dynasty run.)
haha thats killer, were his attributes legit or did u "adjust" them?
Nah he was legit. He only made first team once, made 2nd/3rd 5 or 6 times though, and was in the 2nd defensive team a couple of times. 6x All Star, and was second in the MVP voting the season he was first team.

Still not HoF though.

Pau (C)
Bosh (PF)
LBJ (SF)
?? (SG)
Wade (PG)

That would be a pretty impressive team.

definitely a good addition if we get him, has 15-18ft jump shot range so he can play pick'n'roll with LBJ, is an above average passer and has some shot blocking 8)
