I am not to sure on that. Iggy played well in all the games, Steph did not.

Prior to game 5 when Iggy was on the court, Lebron was shooting 18-54 (33%)

Iggy actually held him to 4-14 (and bron killed the rest, especially Klay) in I think it was game 2 or 3.

They needed him defensively, that was the difference maker in the series and hence why he was deemed the most valuable player on the team for the finals

But in short, the presence of Curry and his elite shooting in itself is enough for Finals MVP. Has an impact on the game even when the shots aren't falling.

And LeBron deserved it more than Iggy too. Carried that whole team for 6 games. But maybe I'm just bitter :-X
