a rookie coach shouldn't be coaching a finals team as simple as that. he was hired when they were a young team trying to push into the ECF. he was perfect for that, now with Lebron they need an experienced guy.

the angle im trying to convey is Blatt's resume eg: Rookie HC goes to an NBA Finals and gets fired :o

on paper sounds ridiculous but it was never a good fit from the get go...

so they still owe Mike Brown 3 years and then would owe Blatt 3 years if fired, each deal grossed 20mil :o
