Woah, this postseason is the first time in 25 years in which an NBA Finals won't include any of Michael Jordan, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, Dwyane Wade, Kobe Bryant or Tim Duncan.
1994 and 1995?

If you make it from '91 instead of '90, Jordan, Kobe, DWade, Hakeen and TD works?

That works. 8)

Point is, we're kinda seeing a new era now. It's a solid chance that we see an NBA finals matchup where the two best players are Steph Curry and Jimmy Butler. Would never have guessed that a couple of years ago.

Yeah I think Butler's their best. Could make an argument for Pau but what Butler does on both ends of the court is pretty great.

Noah Rose
From what I've seen, Noah looks almost washed up. And Rose isn't as efficient, nor does he play better defense than Butler.

I'd actually start Gibson if I'm Chicago. A lineup of Rose/Butler/Dunleavy/Gibson/Pau would give Cleveland major trouble as LBJ will have to bang in the paint with Gibson, which LBJ hates doing - and Noah doesn't really bring that. I think Noah's good but for this series, you can't let the Cavs get away with hiding LBJ on him. Gotta tire him out.

John Wall out for game 2 with a wrist injury :(

Wall's their engine, can't win without him. Hawks should blow them out today.

Got on Hawks at -8 before they could push the line out to over 10.  8)

"Stephen Curry ain't nothing I ain't never seen before" - Tony Allen

Ahhh, the rare triple negative! ;D

Jay

Tony Allen is murdering Klay Thompson :o all over him on that end.

Grizz looking like they might steal this one in Golden State.
