...people actually had him?

tbagrocks

Shut up troll .....

get the Sauce or  Minson :)

Glort

I've had him and Sandi since the start...... It was an easy set and forget  ;)

I'm tossing up between Mumford and Jacobs........ But another idea is to bring in Njc Nat. He's finally looking fitter and it would allow me to continue my upgrading plan.......

If you guys want I can let you know what I decide so you can all do the opposite :P I am leaning towards Nic Nat at the moment and continuing with the plan......

mooses

lobbe, good pod, went myself last week.

NicNat should actually do pretty well shouldering much of the ruckwork, fortunately he's locked in as my R3 (behind Sandi and Lobbe - who unfortunately play each other)

RookieDTer

Very tough.

Could even get in Stefan Martin as R2 for Cox.... but God that could backfire. Esp. with Derickx's job security no longer as secure.

Otherwise, Mummy is the other real option?

If I went Cox to Martin... I could go Ambrose to Rockliff instead of Stevie J I think...

Leaning towards putting Cox to R3 for the week and playing DerickX....

But it certianly is making me think!

Shanus_

I agree with RookieDTer to an extent!

If you have Thurlow as a R3/4, I would bring in Martin into the forward line and then put him into the rucks for a few weeks.

Handy back up, I am doing that.

He is going play as my F6 for awhile until either one of the three happen. Leunberger comes back, he showers himself (poor scores) or if the finals come around before either two of those happen!

Glort

Your a champ Shanus...... I like that idea  8)

Another reason I am bringing in Martin is because the chance of Sandilands getting rested towards the end of the year is extremely high (specially if the Dockers are flying, as expected of the next couple of months - they will rest him before the finals and give Griffen some game time before the AFL finals come around!). If you have Thurlow in your rucks and bring in then!

Specially the fact he will probs get rested in the DT Finals just before the AFL finals!

Ricochet

Was contemplating going Cox to another premo but have brought in Stefan at R3 and am holding Dean for a week.

Barra13

With H-Mac out, I just brought in big Billy Minson.

Glort

I was going to bring in Martin and put Cox on the pine but.........

I've decided on a fitter looking Nic Nat who has out performed Cox the last few weeks anyway........ He is playing his 100th game and taking over the no.1 ruck position which should give him more time in the middle where he can hunt the ball and not get lost in the fwd line. A moving video of big Glassy retiring should have the eagles fired up, and with Cox out due to "soreness" I'm sensing a changing of the guard and I would not be surprised if Cox followed Glass out the door before the season ends :(
For me it's a money decision as well...... and I'm more comftable having someone who is 350,000 with a be of 30 in that spot, so if he does whip out a magical 50 it won't be too hard to fix....... And I don't trust someone based on 1 game.....

Anyways I've had a horror season, so YOLO :P

don't think the Weagles will let both Glass and Cox leave this season, but wouldn't be surprised to see him marginalised next season (with Sinclair/Lycett getting more-frequent games in the 3-tall fwd line)

Agree with you about NicNat though, didn't think twice when he was 280k and I needed to think about my R3 (it's where he'll sit, he's more than capable now - and can cover injuries/restings to Sandi/Lobbe)
