ASADA will want to appeal the decision, and they won't care about the H&A season being screwed up or anything.

If ASADA can convince whoever that they have enough evidence to at the very least be able to make an appeal (I'm not sure how all that stuff works), then they have every right to do so. FTR I'm not saying that the Bombers are guilty in case people interpret it that way, but IF the Bombers took stuff that was illegal, then you'd hope that they get punished accordingly.

ASADA discover Thymosin Beta-4 being used by Esemdom

After 2 years the AFL Tribunal finds not enough evidence that players took Thymosin Beta-4

On that basis think ASADA will appeal,

This is the part I don't understand. You can still be charged with intent on using. Why weren't they charged for that. They have the paper trails leading to that and the VFL player was banned for the exact same thing. This whole thing is a rort in my eyes.

Unfortunately this isn't the end. This is just the player side of things. There is still Hird and the club to be sorted out yet. There is also workcover/worksafe to step in and have their way.
