What about the fines already paid and even Hird's 12 month suspension. The disrepute when you don't have a disrepute?

It had nothing to do with the drug issues, it was the governance (Or the running of the club at the time), having no knowledge of what was going on etc etc.

They'll stand. But, we've pretty much paid the fine, Hird's served his suspension, we're back in the draft fully this year. Players are now clear barring extreme evidence from ASADA which may say otherwise.

Bring on 2015!

How the club was run during the time, the whole duty of care toward the players and not knowing what was happening and having no idea what could possibly happen.

What a flower up the whole mess has been and will continue to be forever and a day, we will always remember this as a mess from start to finish.
Not entirely happy with the verdict, something went on at Bomberland with their Supplements Program, basic lack of records as to what was being injected sets alarm bells off in my mind and tbh i'll won't ever be convinced there wasn't something dodgey going on.
I hope this is the end of it i was never keen on the players wearing anything for this but the club deserved to be wacked for it.
Let this be a lesson to all clubs that they should never sail this close to the edge and for ASADA and the Government the lesson is make sure all the powers are in place so ASADA can compel witnesses to testify as well as having all the power required to seek evidence, Charter and the other bloke should of been compelled to give evidence. Only last week Dank was still arguing Thymosin Beta-4 wasn't on the banned list at the time not sure why your still arguing this point mate.

The good from this i hope is all clubs should now get the picture and understand their duty of care, im sure they do but it's on the record so to speak now because of the last 2 years. Players to be absolutely aware they are ultimately responsible in the end for what goes in their body and God forbid should this happen again ASADA has all it's ducks in a row so a complete investigation can happen because while witnesses are able to say nope not doing it you'll never have anything remotely complete.
