Still not clear Tabs as apparently WADA have to clear as well and with the opposition and outcries nothing is certain.

Also reports of some ex-Cronulla players exploring legal avenues as to whether they can sue the club.

Just saying this here as it may be relevant down the track for Essendon.

I heard WADA had approved of it?
Apparently not Zip - Lawyers gave the impression that WADA had approved but definitely not the case from comments out with a number of people calling for WADA to reject. All evidences and basis for decision still has to be sent for final clearance.

A lot of athletes screaming murder over this.

Also i think its only the ex-sharks players overseas that have rejected the deal

A very sensible verdict

Essendon and James Hird have conducted themselves very poorly IMO.

Nige

Hird and Essendon application dismissed.

Ricochet

Yep

ASADA complied with the rule of law
ASADA lawfully provided the interim report to the AFL
ESS must cover costs

wack

Get my lawyers around me....and get them to bring their friends  :-\

Nige

Any hope James Hird had of coaching again is pretty much dead and buried yeah?

Capper

What was the dons catch cry at the start of the season? Anything it takes!

Having to pay all the legal costs too is going to hurt the club a ton as well
