Been afk for fair bit of the weekend apologies.

In both cases mentioned no rules are specific so as Administrator I am making the following ruling:

In The Hawks case as no evc was named which is why evc was introduced he will have to cop 0 from Captain.  There are no other options available to use under current rules so that is the ruling and the penalty for not naming evc.  For those who have argued againsy having the evc here is the reason why does not happen often but gives you protection when it does.

In the case of the sub not playing as it is not covered in the rules I am ruling that sub as named stands and as such no sub score will count this week.

May not be popular but I can not see alternatives in either case as allowed under current rules.
