Help on which trade!

Iv been racking my brain all week and can't decide! Should I go:
Langdon to Howard
Hallahan to Swan/Barlow

Or

Hallahan to Obrien
Goldstein to Cox/Mummy

Or double down grade.
My current team is
Bartel, Hodge, Suckling, Swallow, Hanley, Mcveigh (Cutler, Langdon)
Ablett, Pendles, Rocky, Beams, Watson, Heppell, Griffin, Lloyd (Hallahan, Beams)
Goldstein, Sandi (Derricx, Currie)
Parker, Danger, Martin, Zorko, Dalhaus, Higgins (Shenton, Cameron)
Any suggestions?

Langdon -> Litherland and upgrade Hallahan.  No point in sideways Goldstien till your team is complete.  And i'd get big Willy Minson when you do sideways trade Goldy, thank me later.  ;)

I'd say he's got better JS than O'Brien to be honest.
