Mid season and bored, thoughts on current team?

Trades 13; remaining cash: $28,400

Apart from the weak forward line weakness (which I'll be bringing in Parker in next week for Hallahan and Taylor) how do you think I'm looking?  What would you do to the team?
I'm ranked about 1,544 which is mostly caused by holding Mumford which was a big mistake in hindsight...  :'(
