He is an enigma for sure. But he is a bone fide gun. If you want to risk the fact that he may be rested.

FYI I don't think Geelong will have the luxury to rest players, on current form they will likely finish between 5th and 8th and need to push hard and improve their performances to sneak into the top 4.

I think we all basically agree, if someone had said eight weeks ago that he'd be available at this price at the start of round 12, most of us would have injured ourselves laughing. Think I'll pull the trigger.

It seems everyone is going to jump on in a few weeks taking out any chance of SJ being a POD.

Would anyone consider Griffen as a POD who will be roughly the same price and in less teams as an alternative?

If in doubt pick the guy from the winning team, I do like Griffen but would pick SJ on the grounds Geelong will probably be claiming the lions share of the points.

Just a concern with Stevie J if he does not get himself suspended will Geelong rest him for the Final match against Brisbane?
Not this year Ringo imo.

M8 in 2 to 3 weeks for me

Might have missed the boat by then, a big score this week and the horse would have bolted.

Nope.

If he scores over his BE then I'll give up.

Has a BE of 193 this week so imo he will be cherry ripe in 2.

Bottoms out next week, he then plays St Kilda. Will drop to 520-530k and then start scaling back up towards 600k (unless he spuds it up). Anyone waiting for him to hit 500k will be hoping he goes sub 100 for another 2 matches. Can't see it happening.

Not true, he is expected to drop the next 2 weeks.  BE 193 this week and if he scores his projected scored, 130 the next.  Projected to drop to 505k.  Basically he will be ripe for the picking next week or the week after.

Tis true, a score of 120 will see him hit 531k, another score of 120 will see him hit 537k, the week after a score of 120 will see him hit 553k. Check TooSerious if you want confirmation.

Opponents are Carlton, St Kilda & GC, if I was a betting man I'd say a 120 average is well within his capabilities. In fact, he may even go higher given his propensity to smash weak opposition.

Current Price $564,100

This week SC Gold has his BE at 193, and is predicting him to score 89. Scoring 89 will see him drop to $518,100

The following week his BE would be 130, and he is predicted to score 102 which would see him drop to $505,900 and bottom out

Now, I think 89 this week is def on the low end (although his last 3 scores vs Carlton are 75, 60, 92) and I expect him to score between 100-130 this week, so I cant see him dropping down to $518,100, but expect him to drop to somewhere around the $530k mark, and his BE the following week wouldn't be 130, it would be lower and achievable, so I think next week is the cheapest he will be, and therefor I am looking at Tyson to Stevie J next week
