Help with my trades...

So on first glance I can turn Langdon into fasolo and Ambrose into walker which leaves them as my weakest players on field and everyone else is premier...or do I get rid of Wingard who is great but doesn't score highly for a Parker type...or trade Swan out to Barlow and is he still a keeper? I don't see any great downgrade options currently with good is.

My fwd bench is Cameron and rohan, backs are Langford and news and miss are xellis and hallahan which is good cover except for rohan.
