Best Bench Cover in Backline

So I was going to do one downgrade and one upgrade this week but I`ve decided to do a double downgrade now.
This enable me to double upgrade next week.

So I`m tossing up between LMac and Langford for final bench cover the other I`ll be trading to Bews.
Which one would be the better cover?

Current backline
Birchall,Simpson,McVeigh,Hooker,Langdon(BE 50),LMac(BE 37),Langford(BE 34),Cutler(BE-1)

am keeping both atm but will be surely off-loading Langford before McDonald LF ... ;)

I would prefer to keep McDonald, as I think he's a better scorer
