Old Harry has never entered my team once, and I've never considered him

Guaranteed after the NAB he will be leaving a lot of teams around here. Had 1 good year for a good club and is now playing at a shower club. Just because he might play more midfield time doesn't mean he automatically gets more points

I expect him to average 75-low 80's at best. Not good enough, especially for a 417k outlay. When spending over 400k for a defender they really need to finish the year Top 10, otherwise you're left having to make a correctional trade or losing points

The back end of the top10 defenders this year will average high 80s.
If Lumumba averages low 80s you won't be losing out on many points at all
Personally I see him going 85+

Roos has suggested Lumumba will be given roles from time to time.

Unless a rookie, the word role is never good news. It means the fantasy Cog of Death.

Avoid.

Based on the saints intra club from the weekend Newnes should be a lock. Will play mostly mid.

Fisher looked good in the intra club as well. Will be considering him now after rubbishing him a few weeks ago.

Cooling off on Harry L - looked to play a lock down role in the intra club match,

Keeping a close eye on Yeo.

More mid time, good thing right? Not when he's been used as a tagger in their preseason match simulation!

Not saying you're wrong, but that's the first I've heard of it

If we wanted to tag, surely Mckenzie would be a much better option? Lumumba is far too valuable to have him in a tagging role

Tagged Tyson when he played in the midfield in the intraclub.

Got a link? I read through almost all of the intra-club thread on Demonland and no-one mentioned that Lumumba was tagging

Jock Reynolds mentioned Lumumba was running with Tyson for a while.
