Whiteman bats a bit too low for my liking, that's the only reason I wouldn't pick him.

Nige

He batted at like 4 last Big Bash iirc, but I could be wrong.

Need to work out rough team XIs.

I wouldn't touch Matty Wade, plus I think Peter Nevill will keep for the Gades but he bats low too.

Dunno much about Peirson.

Ryan Carters bats too low to be considered as well.

Looks like I might have to fork out the cash for Dunk.

Sit him on the bench if Pierson/Hartley open the batting.
Only play him when he has a DGW.

Nige

Does Pierson open?

I can't see Hartley opening.

Pretty sure they both will open.
If it wasn't for Kieswetter I would have locked and loaded both of them (still might)

JBs-Hawks

Love the inclusions of Laughlin, Hodge and Simmons for the strikers. Really rate Laughlin as one of the best t20 bowlers in the country.

PowerBug

Hussey, Kallis, Khawaja, Morgan, Nannes. The Thunder are keen to not finish bottom this season.

Alright, first crack. Little bit unique I think.

Finch, Pieterson, Hales, Maddinson (Head)
Wright, Henriques (Turner)
Hartley (Peirson)
Rimmington, Badree, Bollinger, Doherty (Paris)

Roughly 100k in the bank to splash on the bowlers probably, thoughts?

No love for KP in here??

He'll be in my side if Beer isn't named for round one (want at least three Stars for their DGW round one).

I reckon he'd be a lot more popular if there wasn't so much value to be had in the batsmen this year.
