Hey Nige, what do you think about Dave Husseys JS like and do you think he will bowl if he plays?

The world will end before Huss misses, he's a lock in the team. He's a great finisher, so if we're batting second and we need somebody to close out the run chase, he'll bat up the order. Realistically could bat anywhere from 4-6, which means some games he might not play.

He'll may get a bowl every now and then, don't bet on it each game with both Beer and Maxi in the side though. Has been known to open the bowling (as is common in T20s these days), usually gets involved in the field too.

Get rid of Vettori, he'll miss the first game iirc.

Plenty of value in the bowlers.

I've noticed a few players have three asterisks as in *** next to their names, not sure what that's about.

Hey buddy, I think you need to strengthen your batting line up. With the scoring system, bowlers get 20 points for a wicket which makes me think that you should go cheap in the bowlers and spend more on the batsmen. With that thinking Im really tossing up whether to pick Bird. Wouldn't pick Vettori either, too injury prone and there's better value than him imo.

Also, what do you guys think of Hilfy? Thinking of picking him upp for Starc, been in awesome form lately in the Shield.

Thanks nige. Was thinking of picking him up for his bowling. Forgot about Beer somehow, so was thinking there was just him and Maxy.

Wouldn't touch Hussey with a 10 foot pole. Had him all of last year and he bats too low, and doesn't bowl enough to counteract the low batting position.

Was next to Fevola a couple of years ago in DT iirc. Also just went to look at the NRL DT and it had it next to Paul Gallen (ASADA problems?). Think it probably means they won't play. Who is it next to?

Steve O'Keefe had it too. Swapped him for Turner, gotta find a replacement for Badree now.

Also had Joel Paris (as well as Berhrendorff), realised I'd have to ditch Paris since Scorchers have the bye Week 1. Brought in X since he'll play every game and is cheap as chips. Means I just have to put up with him Week 1 while Dorff has his bye.
