Michael Voss was sacked because he was starting to win too many games (was winning quite a few when sacked) and wasn't tanking as the board wanted. Therefore they sacked him for a coach willing to tank the season for the number 1 draft pick.

Discuss.

I want to drink what your'e drinking Nails.

Personally think Leppa is doing a better job than Voss even though we are losing games,  Leppa at least is maintaining faith in players and he is bot responsible for the injuries and sickness that has also effected us this year.  lets be fair you can not win games when playing 11 players with less than 20 games experience each whilst having 875 games experience sitting on the sidelines.

There was board upheaval as well as coaching upheaval so the conspiracy theory is dead,

kilbluff1985

Do not forget Staker and McGrath as well

Also do not forget that 7 of our first nine matches were against sides who finished in the Top 8 last year (includes Essendon).  And Gold Coast and North Melbourne are in this years Top 8,  So you can say we have a draw from hell as well.

Anyway will beat Carlton in two weeks time when we get some more players back.

Spoil sport haha.

Yeah, we've had an awful draw, and with so many players departing after last year, there's not much we can really do.
