Not to mention your young guns on the field and elsewhere - Chelsea are building something big IMO

Cahill has another 4 or so years of service left before trading to a lower club.
Terry IMO is on his last legs, has 2 years max at best, could use him on and off to further that.

Liverpool chasing Emre Can hard, and @ 12m he could be a great buy, I just hope Bayern dont exercise their first option clause.

So happy with selling Luiz for anything above 30mill. He proved time and time again last season he's a massive liability at the back and like Tom mentioned with all the kids coming through he really was at an awkward age/ability range. Considering we paid a touch over 20 for him, this is a very handy profit creator ;)

Good luck to him though, he seems a really cool guy.

Mourinho and Luiz had beef. Selling him now was a good move while he still has a shower-ton of value! Great decision imo.
