Classic AFL Games

Hey guys/gals/Torp.

Hawka was asked by his boss to find some classic AFL games which they could play at their bar. Pretty much he'd like suggestions for classic games from the 1970's onwards (which they'll choose like 10 from each decade). Very broad range so can just toss out games that were great to watch, tight, of big significance, etc :).

And if anybody can please suggest a website to download the games (legally of course :P ), would be greatly appreciated :D.

I would help him out except I don't really know too much about any of the above so hopefully you helpful people of FF can help out ;). Can also use this thread to discuss any classic games and stuff with others if you'd like :P.

2005 and 2012 GFs are a good start. You can DL them for aussierules

Cant remember the year but I remember WCE was down at the Cattery and trailing by about 50 points in the 3rd and came back to win - that was amazing

Could also look in the old tip jar and if enough money have a look at eBay could get most AFL grand final matches on eBay then just need to buy a VCR.
