I heard he has issues about leaving the Western side of Melbourne so he's going to slide to pick 26
If only ;D.

Swans would be very happy with Vjolo-Rainbow!  :o
Agreed, another two nice picks this season if he lands there.

I am hoping Laverde goes to Pies instead of GWS if he still goes top 5, doubt he'd drop out of the top 10, otherwise that is some slide, similar to Wright! Not sure if I'd go Pickett as early as #4 though... But who knows this year!

elephants

I'm hoping we take Rainbow at 32 personally.. :p

The Laverde rumblings are getting louder, he could well drop out of the top 10.

Pickett to 4 and De Goey at Pick 5 could see Laverde drop as low as Richmond at 12. Very surprising though.

I still think that if he doesn't go at 4, the Pies will swoop at 5.

Will be very very interesting though.

I'd imagine he wouldn't get past us, but yeah I know for a fact that GWS, Collingwood and Gold Coast have all been keen on him at one point or another.

Laverde won't get past Richmond, 12 is as low as he goes.

elephants

I'd be surprised if he got past 11 tbh :P

Teams with picks from about 11-15 are all in a fairly food position to grab somebody who slips through. That's the biggest problem though, if multiple options are available, then it just makes it harder.

Jourdan Canil's latest phantom draft is very, very interesting. Quite a bit different from some other ones. http://boundforglorynews.com/jourdan-canils-november-phantom-draft/
Ahern and Langford....Must be a Bombers supporter.  :P

So many players with potential. Can either become steals.. Or not live up to it and become spuds.. Tough year for recruiters on who to get!

Do we know if there is a particular reason why he could all of sudden drop that low?

AFL clubs might not have ever had him in the top 10, it's just popular OPINION that has put him there in mock drafts from outsiders.

Hine does like him but maybe not as much as the others. It's looking like Richmond could get a shot at both Weller & Laverde, talk about a nice Christmas present.
