Goes to show ...    Champion Team > Team of Champions

But I agree. Durdin and maybe Neal-Bullen are probably the only first rounders... I can see Dean Gore, Peter Bampton, Keenan Ramsey, James Rose, Caleb Daniel all going in the main draft, with a couple more getting a rookie spot (Hamilton, Johansen, Read, etc) and a few mature-agers in there (Panos, Glenn, etc)

Brenton Phillips is a superb talent production manager and is finally reaping the rewards. Some great talent pathways coming through SA, we won the U16 titles this year too and our U17 crop is very very good as well.

Neal-Bullen goes in the first handful of second round picks. Don't think he gets past about 30 even though I wouldn't mind him in yellow and black!

I think Caleb Daniel goes in the rookie draft, not sure whether a club wants to use a main draft pick on him.

As for the others, you're probably right. According to Bully, Richmond like Gore and will use either their second or third rounder on him if he's available which I am very happy to hear.

I think Bampton and Ramsey definitely find homes as does Rose.

Think I said this on another thread, but Port could very well swoop on Daniel at Picks 57 or 75. Crows may get in at Pick 43 to prevent Port from having a chance, otherwise we may grab him at 59. Hope the lad gets picked up by us though!

Depending on who is left, Saints may very well jump on him at 41. Club have gone through a fair few stages of the interview cycle with him, including visiting his family. Don't see him going to the rookie draft, but if he did Saints would just get him at pick 1, no doubt about it.

article didn't mention Essendon who are also very very interested. Could go as low as a 20s pick now
The plot thickens!

In light of the looming ASADA sanctions, Essendon picking up mature-agers would not surprise me
