oh i thought they meant an online forum board

my understanding is he was pretty closed to getting sacked though but a few players were going to walk if he got sacked so i don't think the Board really likes him either

Channel 7 (on the tassy news station) says apparently McCartin has now firmed as the favourite to be Pick 1. Insiders saying that they believe they can get a gun mid at Pick 21.

Man I hope this is true, so we don't have to take a risk i.e. pick Petracca and Brayshaw.

Yeah starting to hear people think we won't take two mids...

If anything, we would skip on Petracca. Apparently Roos is in love with Brayshaw, and has him ahead of Petracca. Brayshaw is more of a pure mid.

But I really don't see why we shouldn't take both? I really do think we have enough talls with potential as is, but that's just me.

@Purple with losing Clark and Frawley it makes sense they would want a good tall

However true, Frawley barely played defense this year, so we don't need to replace him there. We did replace the depth hole with getting Sam Frost though.

His work up forward can be equaled by Pedersen/Gawn/Fitzpatrick, and of course the biggest name, Jesse Hogan, who didn't play this year.

Getting a tall would make sense sure, but just don't think getting a high-end tall is necessary, if we are choosing not to pick a high quality mid instead, which we need much more.
