Pendles easily with no Hocking

Surprised it has taken this long for a VC thread to start this week :)

I was tossing up between Pendles, Beams, Sandilands and NRoo but now that Hocking is out for the Dons I'm sticking with Pendles into Ablett

I have picked Pendles as VC into GAJ, but if I had Nroo I'd be tempted. I reckon he's a big chance to bend the lions over this weekend

Yeah once i saw hocking was out i slapped the VC on pendles. Was good as my opponent in my main league doesnt have pendles

Pendles into Gaz makes the most sense, but part of me is thinking I should use this opportunity for a unique pick, because if it doesn't work out then Gaz gets the C anyway, and doing something different could pay off bigtime

Obviously if my opponent goes with Pendles and he goes huge it will backfire, but sometimes you have to mix it up
