Sorry if I've missed it but Thomas is out with a knee injury, and I can't seem to find anything on it - any tiger fans out there able to shed any light on it? He's been a ripper and still has a low BE so I kinda want to hold him but I have Ellis as well, someone has to give and Thomas has made more cash plus has the round 8 bye...

Anyone got anything?

The tigers haven't released much but he was struggling a bit in the third quarter last thursday and knee injuries can be a problem. I wouldn't be surprised if he misses more than one week and he has the round 8 bye so trading him is not a bad option.

Was trading him out anyway. No regrets about it now.

But when did you guys get him?

I was going to trade DTyson as he lost money this week - MThomas didnt

But now MThomas out, DTyson survives till next week for an easy upgrade

Ive had the opportunity to watch MThomas a fair bit this year so far as he has played both QLD teams (I live in banana bender land and am too poor for foxtel - so am forced to watch Lions n Suns)

Thomas can get the contested ball - but by jingoes - he butchers the clappers out of it, makes bad decisions, turns it over & is too slow in getting rid of it for AFL standard.

I was really surprised he has scored as well as he has so far.

Knee injury maybe legit...but I wouldnt be surprised if its not the only reason

Wouldn't you think of trading Tyson now and avoiding a potential price drop with high BE, and trade Thomas next week as he won't drop in price due to not playing?

In my case If I kept Thomas, I'd have to play Robertson with Thomas and Templeton on the bench..

Before his price rise as a fast burner for quick cash... Done his job  and out before R8 bye. Injury/ out of no significance to me... Easy decision into a no brainer now.
