Well done arksaul, brilliant effort mate.

arksaul

Cheers all. It is now official (DT is open).

Final score was 1954 (me) to 1941 (Ringo's Royals).

Neither of us had players in the final game (GWS vs WB), so I was sweating on the final quarter of the Adelaide match. I went into the final quarter about 30 or so points up. It was Nroo and Jacobs for me VS Sloane (C) and Shenton for him. Sloane was a monster all match and almost single handedly won him the game. I think he took a mark in the final few minutes of the game that was JUST out of bounds, it would have boosted my opponent's score by 12 (mark + kick x 2), which would have reduced the overall margin to one point.

Pumped to have won. 2.5k never goes astray and it is nice to have won something meaningful in the 6 or 7 years I have been playing dreamteam. Very excited for next year and feel like I have learnt some significant lessons on how to 'pace' a season trades wise, something I have never been able to do previously.

Cheers for all the well-wishes. Looking forward to next year, and contributing to FF's boards.

It was a thriller then. You deserve more than 2.5k for winning it, very very hard to win but enjoy it all the same mate.

Ringo

And just for the record Ringos Royals is not me.

Congratulkations on the win mate and well done.
