i was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how i could improve my F6 position.
i had a couple of options but was not able to do them before the bris rich game.

team is as below  2k cash
mitchell mcveigh swallow hanley langdon mcdonald   georgiou langford
GAJ pendles jobe beams tyson polec ellis dunstan aish taylor
cox sandi currie derrickx
Dangedr dusty pav rough higgins  rohan impey JKH

i was gonna do either aish to crouch and then rohan to fasolo,   or move taylor fwd trade rohan get crouch mids.
but now since bris has played i cant do anything with aish or taylor. i cant even get lloyd in for some cash.
this leaves rohan impey or jkh for F6, not enought cash to get to fasolo. and i cant see any other good rookies avail..??

is there any way anyone can see how i can get fasolo into my F6 posi?
i dont think there are other rookie options for F6 available atm either to generate some cash?
could trade a back or mid rookie but they are still fattening...and what good downgrade rooks are there. not many good ones.

thanks for having a look and for your comments all. spewin that 1 game has stuffed all my options up...

Hmm that's a tough one!

One thing you could do is perhaps trade Hanley down to Jaensch, then Rohan to Fasolo?

Hanley will only miss 2 weeks, but it will mean not having to play 3 rookies in the backline for the next fortnight.

Otherwise you might have to skip Fasolo and bring Lloyd in as your F6 next week.

cant trade hanley bris has already played...
cant believe 1 game has stuffed up so many options for me....

jfitty

Oh yeah! Totally missed that myself.

I would pop Impey on the field this week and ride it out I think. Make a couple of moves next week.

GoLions

Even though he still has money to make, could consider Ellis-->Crouch, Rohan-->Fasolo?

Other than that, I'd probably hold.

tigertops

yeah maybe could go ellis to crouch then rohan to fasolo.
ellis is scoring well though...

if it was for the bench i would go lloyd over fasolo (for cash generation) but since the points are on field i think fasolo will score much more than lloyd.
hence i wanted him in as the F6.
hhmm

Sorry I had This as a thread and wanted to add a poll to that but didn't know how...maybe mods can merge other thread to this poll? Thanks

Thanks all this one is doin my head in

Merged thread for you.

Up to you though but I would look at Tyson to Crouch,  Tyson nearing ceiling whereas Ellis still with a negative B/e will make money this week.
Your choice to Fasolo and will leave you $150k to do an upgrade and downgrade next week.

Obviously if you think Fasolo is a must then you'll have to go this week.

I think Lloyd will do the same job so would wait if you can.

Your 3 useless forwards will become Lloyd and another cash cow and a premium.

I would hold.

Thanks heaps ringo.
So u reckon Tyson. He is still scoring well tho and it's nice to keep getting 90s or more each week from a starting rook. If I trade him I'll be getting a 60 from starting aish Taylor or crouch. I suppose it's cash vs points.

@ doc
As a tiger fan I'm still not sold on Lloyd's JS. The first players Dropped by hardwick always seem to be the newbies. King will come back in for who??   And I reckon fasolo is good for 80-90 at least each week off hbf

King is fit and is playing reserves football, I just don't think he's an automatic selection these days. As for Lloyd, if we're awarding positions based on merit then Arnot, Edwards & Gordon go first.

But I do agree that Fasolo is a must, I would personally bring him in.

Lloyd v Fasolo

If as a long suffering Tiger fan you are worried about his JS then Fasolo it should be...but, neither will be cashed in by their bye I think and I don't plan either on the field except for emergencies so the cash saved on purchase price will be handy upgrading elsewhere.

@ bully  dimma doesn't pick his team on merit. Petterd grigg keep getting games. He has his favs and usually the newbies are first to go, that's why I reckon king will be beck and Lloyd Gordon will be making way for him no matter how bad others are playing. But that's another story.

Anyway glad I got fasolo in. Got an extra 100 points this week alone. As I said if he keeps playin that hb role he should score well

Petterd has been good this year, I would sack Morris before letting go of Ricky. Grigg, not a fan, seagull who refuses to do the tough stuff, which is incidentally why I have time for Petterd.

On King, he's in the reserves and I suspect he'll stay there until either Gordon or Lloyd really stuff up. He looks past it, he's fumbly and lacks that zip that we've become accustomed to. If King is rushed back all I can say is our recruiting drive has been a joke, we picked up 3 small forwards in Lloyd, Gordon & Banfield so to drop them would be nonsensical.
