I think I actually wish he wasn't playing this week then I would have to trade him. Now I have to try and predict whether he'll come good in the near future :-\

I hear ya, he's bleeding cash too.

I'm gonna hold him to save a trade, I've already smashed 6. Got the E on Currie so will be interesting to see what he puts up and then have to make the decision to play Nic Nat or take Currie's score.

The question for me becomes do i trade him to big sauce/goldy this week or face a red vest then need to miss the midfield bubble boys next week. Im leaning towards trading him out

I think if you are in a position to trade then grab Sauce now, the last thing you want is a guy who may be outperformed by the likes of Currie. Sauce now, bubble boys next week.

Yeah this is what I'm thinking. Trade NicNat this week to free up a double downgrade next week. I think Sinclair or Lycett will be back next week and the only reason one of them is not playing this week is because of team balance due to Port's running ability.

What I cant understand is if he's not fit to play then why is he playing? If you knew there was a good chance he wouldn't get through the game why would you start him in the first place and not just play Sinclair or Lycett instead? I'm completely bamboozled by the whole situation.

Well seeing as both Sinclair and Lycett played WAFL tonight we can assume NicNat is fine and ready to go for tomorrow

Being subbed last week was more likely due to the scoreboard, and perhaps they just fed us a minor niggle to make it look like a warranted subbing

Why would they play him if he is injured?

Maybe because he isn't injured.

Maybe they think he has turned the corner and last week was an abberation just like it was for all the eagles.

Especially when he gets a knock to the Achilles that he hurt in preseason.

I think we all may be reading into this a bit too much.

Glad I don't have him to be honest..

I'd rather have started with Jacobs, he's the only ruck apart from Sandi (who is irrelevant cause everyone has him) that has played every week and is averaging 100 but I started with Nic Nat and think I might as well just stick it out until 1 of the 2 happens. He gets mothballed and starts preparing for 15' or he suddenly comes good.

If you are going for league win only , you should keep him if at all possible . . When he is up and running he will be in top 3 rucks . . You will waste a trade now , and then to get him back . . My concern is I have hickey on the bench , do I play him or nic nat .?

Bully

Keeping him is fraught with danger, can't see him doing much ruck work to be honest, but if people choose to hold now then it should be done in the full knowledge that you will have him until the byes. There will be little opportunity for corrective trades over the next fortnight, most will be culling and upgrading.

looks like NicNat is on his way to a monster score! ;D

91 SC pts and not even 3/4 time yet! And to think I nearly traded him!
