A few players I have issues with and would like to get your thoughts.

Franklin- Sydney have a tough draw coming up, but might hold as I think with Tippet to come back it will allow him to play further up the ground.

Murphy- Seems to be struggling to cope with Carlton's form slump as well as his captaincy responsibilities started off well but has trailed off since the question is can he average 105-110 to be worthy of an 8th Midfielder?

Cotchin- Two poor weeks in a row also not convinced he can be a top 10 midfielder like I hoped for. Probably too early to jump off considering they have Brisbane this week.

HMAC- Will make cash, but looks like it will be a slow burn was hoping to upgrade to Goldstein after his bye but Dawson Simpson seems to be hindering his scoring ability as he's doing the bulk of the ruck work.

Clurey- Been sitting on my bench since rd 1. Not sure what to do with him.

These are my only real concerns atm, missed the boat on Mumford and Hanley so haven't copped as much carnage as others.

Cotchin likely to cop a hard Lions tag..one of Rockliff  >:( Redden or Moloney..

@superfooty: The @brisbanelions say @Richmond_FC skipper Trent Cotchin can expect another mauling on Thursday night - https://t.co/CKg0DwF5Ni

Murphy is the one I can't figure out.

Has almost held his price - but so he should. He has outscored Cotchin (round 8 bye guy you never should have picked over Pendles).

Plays Bulldogs, WCE, Coll and St Kilda until his bye.

Soft hard hard soft?

Ideally hold until then?

:( can I add to your list?

Tmitch servere dose of the second year blues, why can't he be like Oli Wines, and watch him start destroying them now that I powered him off this week.

sandilands ( I know everybody has him ) but prefer him rucking one out, zac clarke back last week, will it have an effect on his scoring?

dangerfield had better find some form and start scoring like the premo we all paid for, as he's doing cash pretty fast and a LTI will cost dearly.

feeling better already, thanks for that :o

Re: Murphy. I originally picked him over beams (since picked up beams also) simply because he had a soft draw until the byes and then a non round 8 bye, with the plan to sideways him to a legit premo after the byes. He hasn't been as good as I hoped, but certainly won't be trading him before the byes. Much bigger issues, and it would be a waste of a trade.

Cotch should be a bit better when lids returns, as the solo star mid he gets all the defensive attention. Reckon he will be top 12 mid.

Franklin... yea it's a roller coaster. hold on tight.

Don't know what you can do with Hmac.

Clurey to cutler next week perhaps.

Cotch has scored 125 and 118, to go with an 84, and then a louzy 65, so when you look at the numbers it hasent been all bad. he'll come good, don't know whether you are thinking of trading him but if so, there is no point. :)

Not really that worried

Rocky v Sammy Mitch 84
Redden v GAJ 182
Moloney v KCornes 125

Unless Raines comes back in I'm backing Cotch to bounce back

Wanderer

Franklin - just doesn't look to be enjoying his footy as much as his off-field exploits, however I get this feeling he is about to start pumping out some big scores and swans will get back to winning games.

Murphy - he will be a regular 100+ scorer, but will have a couple of 80-90 games when heavily tagged.  With Judd coming back, Murphy might get a bit of relief from the tag because no team can afford to let Judd off the leash too easily.  Opposition teams know that Carlton are a confidence team, and there is nobody better than Judd to fire up the team, so opposition will want to negate him.

Cotchin - Next couple of games against teams that haven't been using the tag heavily this year (Bris/Hawks) and with Deledio coming back soon will help his scoring.

HMAC - was never going to be a keeper and has done his job for a mid-priced player.  He has given you the luxury of watching the ruck carnage and waiting for the right upgrade when the time comes.

Clurey - use as loophole until he starts playing again or a rookie cash cow option comes your way.

Yeah I agree - no point trading him - and that's because if you started with him your season is stuffed!  ;D
