28 trades left & $3100

Simpson Suckling Mitchell Enright McDonald Langdon  (Laidler Georgiou)

Ablett Pendlebury Beams Rockliff Tyson Polec Dunstan Ellis  (Aish Crouch)

Sandilands Leuenberger  (Thurlow King)

Parker Martin Roughead Dangerfield Higgins Caddy  (Rohan Kennedy-Harris)

Thinking...

Caddy > Fasolo
Leuenberger > Cox

Only leaves with a lousy $1000 though. Or should I downgrade to a Hampson, West, McIntosh, Simpson, etc. to make a little cash?

I'd love your thoughts guys!

tor01doc

This team seems to have very few problems - a rarity indeed.

Don't worry about the cash stash - your rookies are all making for you.

Lloyd is a great target if he performs this week.

Cox or maybe Jacobs - I personally couldn't do Jacobs again though. Also his round 8 bye is a worry if you add both Fasolo and Lloyd over the next two weeks.

What are you ranked?

Donnie Brasco

Cheers Doc, not ranked great mate, only early 20s at this stage.

Ringo

Nice Team with not a real lot wrong.

Wait for teams to be announced but I would do Berger to Hampson - Has a low B/e and will make cash for you till Maric comes back.
I would then go Thurlow to Currie for extra ruck coverage.  Currie will also make cash for you.

Next Week Rohan to Lloyd and Caddy to a prem forward that you can afford

Leaves you with 24 trades to watch cows mooooooo and then upgrade.

Donnie Brasco

Thanks Ringo, makes sense, I've been worried about the rucks/ backup.

I have a sneaking suspicion your boys will knock us off this week, up there on your home turf.

Donnie Brasco

Bit worried mate, the 'Berger to Hampson and Thurlow to Currie trade' only leaves me with $57,000.

Won't both, Rohan and Caddy, lose money this week?

Ringo

That is the risk you have to decide get rid of 2 falling players or strengthen rucks. Not easy but go with gut as to what is best long term for team.  Remember the saying short term pain for long term gain.

Ah, you're a wise man Ringo (hence the title of Veteran Coach ha ha.)

2177, ok. Played Aish instead of Crouch, probably should have grabbed Fasolo. Oh well, that's footy!

Cheers Keeper.

I'll have a look mate, but there's not a lot I a training scout can say to a coach.
